Mining company deploys more masked militiamen in Wisconsin

This is why I fought to get Walker recalled. The republican’s idea of bringing jobs to Wisconsin is to sell off our natural resources with no protections for the environment and the people who live there. Now thanks to the republican state legislature and our governor we have a paranoid nut job West Virginia company bringing their militia goons armed with semi-automatic weapons into the state to “protect” their open mining operation. When you look at the photos it’s clear the intent is pure intimidation. I grew up in Wisconsin and this is not what we stand for. We used to lead the nation in conserving our forests and natural lands. I don’t know what converged to get this group of crooks elected, but they are intent on destroying not only the beauty of our state, but all the traditions it was built upon.
